Position: Restaurant Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the restaurant team during service to ensure operational excellence.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in training and scheduling staff.
• Interact with guests, particularly Mandarin speaking guests, to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle table reservations and manage seating arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with all service, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a supervisor in a high end restaurant or hotel.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem solving abilities.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations.
• A positive and proactive team leader.
