Position: F&B SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality relationships with guests, from arrival, stay, in order to foster loyalty.
- Supervises and check the bar, restaurant & menu presentation.
- Familiar with the hotel service and promotion.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team during daily operations.
- Assist in managing inventory, stock control, and ordering for F&B outlets.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B Service with at least 1 year in Supervisory level.
- Excellent guest service orientation and problem solving.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of F&B operations, including POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering high quality service.
