Position: F&B SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Develop high quality relationships with guests, from arrival, stay, in order to foster loyalty.
• Supervises and check the bar, restaurant & menu presentation.
• Familiar with the hotel service and promotion.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team during daily operations.
• Assist in managing inventory, stock control, and ordering for F&B outlets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B Service with at least 1 year in Supervisory level.
• Excellent guest service orientation and problem solving.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, including POS systems.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering high quality service.
