Position: Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire engineering and maintenance department.
• Implement and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all resort facilities.
• Ensure the efficient operation of all plant, equipment, and building systems.
• Manage departmental budgets, energy conservation initiatives, and technical projects.
• Lead and train the engineering team, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
• Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficient in related systems and technology.
• Fast learner and proactive team player.
• Able to join immediately.
