Position: Assistant Manager Guest Activity

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and development of all guest recreational activities and programs.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the recreation team, kids club, and wellness activities.
  • Create and implement a diverse and engaging schedule of activities for guests of all ages.
  • Ensure the safety and maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment.
  • Enhance the guest experience by providing personalized and memorable recreational services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hotel recreation or guest activities.
  • A dynamic, energetic, and creative personality.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent guest engagement and communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Experience in a 5 star luxury resort environment is highly preferred.
  • Based in Bali.
