Position: Front Office Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform seamless check in and check out procedures for all guests.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism.
- Handle all transactions, including payment processing and cash float management.
- Provide guests with comprehensive information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Concierge, to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
