Position: Sales Executive / Asst. Sales Manager – Jakarta Sales Office
About the Role:
- Manage and develop client accounts from the Jakarta market for our Bandung property.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections (as needed).
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s revenue goals.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends.
Your Skills & Experiences:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably based in Jakarta.
- Strong network of contacts in the Jakarta corporate and travel market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to travel between Jakarta and Bandung.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems.
