Position: Chief Security

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security or loss prevention, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a 5 star resort.
• Possess valid security certifications (e.g., Gada Utama).
• Strong leadership, investigation, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Thorough knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with the Uluwatu area and local authorities is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire resort security team, overseeing daily operations, patrols, and surveillance.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and investigations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and resort assets.
• Train and mentor security personnel, ensuring high standards of performance and vigilance.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and community leaders as the resort’s primary security contact.
