Position: Accounting Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI).
- Proficient in hotel financial systems (e.g., Opera PMS, SunSystems).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- In depth understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Lead the month end and year end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze the hotel’s financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure all financial activities are in compliance with hotel policies, local laws, and tax regulations.
- Manage the hotel’s cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal audits.
