Position: Income Audit Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel income audit or night audit.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, POS systems, and PMS (Opera).
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily income audit process, ensuring all hotel revenues are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Verify and balance all revenue entries from F&B outlets, Front Office, and other revenue centers.
• Audit the daily night audit reports, cash postings, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare the Daily Revenue Report for management.
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies, reporting them to the finance leadership.
