Position: Assistant Finance Manager
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel finance or accounting.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of USALI, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supervise and assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and income audit functions.
- Help in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
