Position: Assistant Finance Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel finance or accounting.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of USALI, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supervise and assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and income audit functions.
• Help in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
