Position: Cost Controller
General Requirements:
- Hospitality professional with minimum 1 year
- Experience in similar position at 4 star hotel
- Degree on any hospitality related course (Finance/Accounting preferred)
- Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control all hotel costs, including food and beverage, operational supplies, and labor costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and spot checks for all departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze menu and beverage costings, pricing, and performance to ensure profitability.
