Position: Cost Controller

General Requirements:

• Hospitality professional with minimum 1 year
• Experience in similar position at 4 star hotel
• Degree on any hospitality related course (Finance/Accounting preferred)
• Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and excellent customer service skills
• Fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control all hotel costs, including food and beverage, operational supplies, and labor costs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and spot checks for all departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze menu and beverage costings, pricing, and performance to ensure profitability.
