Position: Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Housekeeping team in various tasks, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and linen management.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers, ensuring efficient completion of all assigned duties.
• Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Actively seek opportunities to learn new skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of Housekeeping operations.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or student pursuing a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Excellent team spirit and a desire to learn and contribute to a professional hotel environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and professional grooming standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and take on challenging assignments.
• Basic English proficiency is preferred.
