Position: Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housekeeping team in various tasks, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and linen management.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers, ensuring efficient completion of all assigned duties.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Actively seek opportunities to learn new skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of Housekeeping operations.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or student pursuing a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Excellent team spirit and a desire to learn and contribute to a professional hotel environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and professional grooming standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and take on challenging assignments.
- Basic English proficiency is preferred.
