Position: Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Front Office team, ensuring smooth and professional guest service during all shifts.
  • Handle complex guest issues and complaints, resolving them efficiently and maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Manage room inventory, check-in, check-out procedures, and ensure accurate cash handling and billing.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for Front Desk Agents, ensuring they possess good communication and organization skills.
  • Act as a strong team player with good personality, setting a positive example for the entire department.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years experience in the same position in a city hotel Front Office environment in Jakarta.
  • Good communication and organization skills, essential for a supervisory role.
  • Must be a team player with good personality, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide the Front Office team effectively.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
