Position: Lead Host – Security
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the hotel security team, ensuring the safety and security of all guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security procedures and protocols for the Makassar property.
- Conduct regular patrols, surveillance, and risk assessments to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, and disturbances.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide training to staff on emergency response and security awareness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hotel security or a related field in Makassar or South Sulawesi.
- Possess valid security certifications and licenses as required by Indonesian law.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to manage security personnel effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for handling sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
- Profound knowledge of fire safety, emergency procedures, and risk management in a commercial building.
- Physically fit and able to conduct extended patrols and stand for long periods.
- High degree of integrity and discretion.
