Position: Security Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the hotel’s comprehensive pre-opening security and safety plan.
- Lead and manage the in-house security team and any third-party vendors.
- Oversee all aspects of security, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Train all hotel staff in emergency procedures and security awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Manager in a 5-star hotel or large luxury property.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Certification in safety and security (e.g., Gada Utama) is required.
- Excellent communication and crisis management skills.
- Strong relationships with local law enforcement in Surabaya is an advantage.
