We are currently looking for creative souls to join this hoteljob.id vacancy for our upcoming opening in Bali.

Position: Chief Security
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all resort security operations and personnel
- Develop and implement security procedures to ensure guest and staff safety
- Coordinate with local authorities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee CCTV monitoring and regular security patrols of the property
- Conduct security training and safety drills for all resort staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Security or senior security officer in a hotel
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge of security best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to guest safety and security
- Relevant security certifications and professional background
- Experience in a pre-opening hotel environment is an advantage
