Position: Chief Security
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security or loss prevention, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a 5 star resort.
- Possess valid security certifications (e.g., Gada Utama).
- Strong leadership, investigation, and crisis management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Thorough knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with the Uluwatu area and local authorities is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire resort security team, overseeing daily operations, patrols, and surveillance.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and investigations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and resort assets.
- Train and mentor security personnel, ensuring high standards of performance and vigilance.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and community leaders as the resort’s primary security contact.
