Position: Chef De Partie (Pastry & Bakery)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in Pastry & Bakery, preferably in a 5 star hotel
  • Strong skills in creating a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Creative ability to contribute to menu development
  • Ability to lead and train junior kitchen staff
  • Must be well organized and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Relevant culinary or pastry arts qualification
