Position: Chef De Partie (Pastry & Bakery)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in Pastry & Bakery, preferably in a 5 star hotel
- Strong skills in creating a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Creative ability to contribute to menu development
- Ability to lead and train junior kitchen staff
- Must be well organized and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Relevant culinary or pastry arts qualification
