Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or senior Commis in a 5 star hotel
- Strong skills in a specific kitchen section (e.g., Garde Manger, Saucier, Hot Kitchen)
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
