Position: Assistant Pastry Chef
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pastry or a related field
- Able to manage the daily operations and administration of the Pastry and Bakery Kitchen
- Experienced in handling the department’s financial budget
- Good understanding of HACCP and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of international and local pastry and bakery products
- Goal-oriented, polite, and confident, with good leadership skills
- Creative, motivated, and responsible, with attention to detail
