Position: Assistant Pastry Chef

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pastry or a related field
  • Able to manage the daily operations and administration of the Pastry and Bakery Kitchen
  • Experienced in handling the department’s financial budget
  • Good understanding of HACCP and sanitation standards
  • Knowledge of international and local pastry and bakery products
  • Goal-oriented, polite, and confident, with good leadership skills
  • Creative, motivated, and responsible, with attention to detail
