Position: Spanish Jr. Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie with a strong specialization in Spanish cuisine
- In depth knowledge of authentic Spanish culinary techniques, ingredients, and regional dishes
- Creativity and passion for menu development and presentation
- Experience working in a 5 star hotel or high end standalone restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Solid understanding of food cost control, kitchen hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Culinary degree from a recognized institution is an advantage
