Position: Director of Food & Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire Food & Beverage division, including all restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining for the pre-opening.
• Develop and implement innovative dining concepts and service standards that position the hotel as a culinary leader in Surabaya.
• Oversee F&B budget, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a world-class F&B leadership team.
• Ensure all F&B operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a 5-star luxury hotel, pre-opening experience is essential.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.
• A visionary leader with a passion for creativity, innovation, and excellence in service.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale banquet and event operations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and empower a large team.
• In-depth knowledge of current F&B trends in the East Java market.
