Position: IT Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the IT Manager in overseeing the resort’s entire technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
- Provide technical support for all hotel systems, including PMS, POS, and back office applications.
- Assist in managing IT projects, system upgrades, and new installations for the pre-opening.
- Ensure data security, network integrity, and compliance with IT policies.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for both guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an IT role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Bali.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS/POS), networks, and server management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Experience with IT security and data protection.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced pre-opening environment.
- Strong communication skills to assist non technical staff.
