Position: Bar Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise bar operations in the Day Club, Night Club, or Resort, ensuring service standards are met.
- Assist in training and developing bartenders and barbacks.
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive bar experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a high volume bar, club, or luxury resort.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and mixology trends.
- Strong leadership and training skills.
- Excellent inventory management and cost control abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment like a Canggu night club.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Creative and passionate about beverage creation.
