Position: Assistant Bar Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Bar Manager in overseeing all bar operations across the property (Day Club, Night Club, Resort).
- Assist in developing innovative beverage menus and pricing strategies.
- Manage bar staffing, scheduling, and performance.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control for all bars.
- Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, service, and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in bar management, preferably in a multi outlet lifestyle or luxury property in Bali.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
- Expert knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Creative and innovative approach to beverage program development.
- Ability to manage high volume operations in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
