Position: Host Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead the host/hostess team for the Day Club and Night Club, managing the reception and reservation process.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage floor plans, table allocations, and waitlists to optimize seating and guest flow.
- Train and supervise hosts/hostesses on service standards and reservation systems.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with efficiency and charm.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Host/Hostess Supervisor or Leader, ideally in a popular Canggu or Bali lifestyle venue.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage reservations systems (e.g., SevenRooms).
- A graceful and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Fluent in English.
