Position: Barback
Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with ice, glassware, spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, floors, and equipment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including bar setup and breakdown.
- Change kegs and restock refrigerators.
- Work quickly and efficiently to ensure bartenders have everything they need during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barback or in a similar support role in a busy bar or club.
- Ability to lift heavy items (kegs, cases of liquor) safely.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive, team oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, late night environment.
- Good organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and support the bar team.
- Basic understanding of bar operations.
