Position: Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire floor operation for a shift in the Day Club, Night Club, or Resort outlet.
• Manage all floor staff, including Captains and Waitstaff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest escalations and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff positioning and section assignments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high volume lifestyle venue.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a large team in a fast paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of F&B service standards, guest relations, and floor management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Experience in a pre-opening context in Canggu or Bali is a major plus.
• High energy and a professional presence.
