Position: Room Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Manage the stocking and organization of the housekeeping cart.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- A positive attitude and a team player.
- Understanding of cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
- Basic English communication skills.
