Position: IT – AV
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all Audio Visual equipment for the resort, day club, and night club.
- Set up and operate AV equipment for events, meetings, and daily operations (DJs, live music, presentations).
- Troubleshoot and repair AV systems, including sound systems, lighting, and displays.
- Provide technical support to guests and staff for all AV needs.
- Collaborate with the events and entertainment teams to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AV Technician, preferably in a hotel, club, or large event venue.
- Strong technical knowledge of sound systems, lighting controls, projectors, and DJ equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues under pressure.
- Experience with live event production.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to support events.
- Good communication skills.
A proactive and service oriented approach.
