Position: IT Staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for all hotel staff, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and management of hotel systems (PMS, POS, PABX).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications.
- Support guest-related IT issues, such as in-room Wi-Fi and entertainment systems.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS/POS) is a significant advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking.
- Passionate, creative, and driven to find efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
