Position: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of F&B in managing all day-to-day operations of the division.
• Oversee service quality and guest satisfaction in all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
• Assist in developing and implementing staff training programs.
• Manage F&B inventory, procurement, and cost-control measures.
• Act as a leader on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting the operational teams.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in F&B management, with a strong background as an F&B Manager or Assistant Director in a luxury hotel.
• Proven success in managing multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Strong operational, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Passionate about service excellence, creativity, and detail.
• Experience in the Surabaya or East Java hospitality market is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
