Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of a signature restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and train the restaurant team to uphold world-class service standards.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue and control operational costs.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu presentation and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel or high-end standalone restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and spirits.
- A passionate hotelier with a commitment to excellence and creativity.
- Excellent leadership, training, and guest relations skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Experience in a pre-opening environment in Surabaya is a plus.
- Dynamic, innovative, and possessing a timeless elegance in service delivery.
