Position: Banquet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all banquet and catering operations, from intimate meetings to legendary weddings and events.
• Lead the banquet service team to execute events flawlessly, exceeding client expectations.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Culinary, and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage banquet equipment inventory, setup, and staffing.
• Drive revenue and manage costs for the banquet division.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Banquet Manager in a large-scale, 5-star luxury hotel.
• Proven track record of executing high-profile weddings and iconic events.
• Strong organizational, logistical, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience in a pre-opening hotel in East Java is highly valued.
