Position: Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire Housekeeping and Laundry division for the hotel’s pre-opening.
• Develop and implement world-class standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest service.
• Manage all pre-opening procurement of housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a large team of housekeeping professionals.
• Manage the division’s budget, including labor, supplies, and laundry operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a large, 5-star luxury hotel.
• Extensive pre-opening experience is essential.
• A visionary leader with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a large team.
• Committed to creating an environment of timeless elegance and sophistication.
• Experience in the Surabaya or East Java hospitality market.
