Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire Housekeeping and Laundry division for the hotel’s pre-opening.
- Develop and implement world-class standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest service.
- Manage all pre-opening procurement of housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a large team of housekeeping professionals.
- Manage the division’s budget, including labor, supplies, and laundry operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a large, 5-star luxury hotel.
- Extensive pre-opening experience is essential.
- A visionary leader with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a large team.
- Committed to creating an environment of timeless elegance and sophistication.
- Experience in the Surabaya or East Java hospitality market.
