Position: Restaurant Asst. Manager – Dining Room

Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in managing the main Dining Room.
• Lead the F&B Team Leaders and service staff on the floor.
• Ensure a seamless fine dining experience for all guests, upholding Park Hyatt standards.
• Assist with training, staff development, and managing guest relations.
• Manage daily operational tasks, including scheduling and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior Supervisor in a 5-star fine dining setting.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Deep knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• A passion for defining personal luxury in service.
• Experience in a leading Jakarta hotel is preferred.
