Position: Bar Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise bar operations and staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Create and update drink menus and promotions.
- Train bartenders on mixology and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of beverages and mixology.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
