Position: Assistant Manager – Fine Dining
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the fine dining restaurant.
- Ensure service standards meet luxury expectations.
- Supervise and train the service team.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Monitor inventory and operational costs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a managerial role in fine dining.
- Strong leadership and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of food and wine.
- Guest-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English.
