Position: The 18th Restaurant & Lounge Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of The 18th Restaurant & Lounge, Bandung’s iconic rooftop venue.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service and bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage F&B cost control, inventory, and financial performance of the outlet.
• Develop and execute promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Ensure compliance with all service standards, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium lounge/rooftop bar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of fine dining service, cocktails, and wine.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
• Fluent in English.
• A dynamic and charismatic personality.
