Position: Asst. Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing all housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Oversee daily operations, including room inspections, public area cleaning, and staff scheduling.
- Assist in training and developing the housekeeping team to 5-star standards.
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and guest amenities.
- Ensure guest requests and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper or senior Housekeeping Manager in a large luxury hotel.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing a large and diverse team.
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, chemical handling, and safety standards.
- Talented and passionate about team development.
- Proficient in hotel PMS and housekeeping software.
