Position: Sales Manager / Sales Executive (Weddings & Social Events)

Responsibilities:

• Proactively sell the hotel’s versatile event venues for weddings and social events.
• Manage client inquiries from initial contact to event execution, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and social clients.
• Conduct site inspections, create tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the wedding and social event segment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, with a specific focus on Weddings & Social Events.
• A strong network of wedding and event vendors in Jakarta is highly desirable.
• Passionate, talented, and highly organized with a creative flair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• A dynamic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
