Position: Sales Manager (Corporate & Government)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and government accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Proactively solicit new business from government institutions and corporate clients in the Central Jakarta area.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent the hotel at relevant trade shows, workshops, and networking events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a strong focus on the Corporate & Government segments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel in Jakarta.
• Strong network of contacts within government offices and corporate companies.
• Passionate, talented, and possesses excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A dynamic team player with a professional attitude.
• Strong understanding of the Central Jakarta market.
