Position: Asst. Sales Manager – BSO (Corporate)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, focusing on the Bandung Sales Office (BSO) market.
- Proactively solicit new corporate business to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, contracts, and proposals for the corporate segment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in a 5-star hotel in Bandung.
- Strong network of corporate clients in the Bandung or West Java market.
- Talented and passionate individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with hotel CRM software.
