Position: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including preparing contracts, reports, and sales presentations.
- Manage client communications, handle inquiries, and coordinate event details with professionalism.
- Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accuracy.
- Liaise between the sales team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist the sales team in achieving their targets and managing sales files.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same field (Sales administration or coordination).
- Honest, good attitude, loyal personality, and guest service oriented.
- Strong in administration, interpersonal and communication skills.
- English is a must (written & spoken).
- Target-oriented, able to work in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
