Position: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including preparing contracts, reports, and sales presentations.
• Manage client communications, handle inquiries, and coordinate event details with professionalism.
• Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accuracy.
• Liaise between the sales team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist the sales team in achieving their targets and managing sales files.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the same field (Sales administration or coordination).
• Honest, good attitude, loyal personality, and guest service oriented.
• Strong in administration, interpersonal and communication skills.
• English is a must (written & spoken).
• Target-oriented, able to work in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
