Position: F&B Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the hotel’s F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining) from the pre-opening stage.
• Create menus in collaboration with the kitchen team, set pricing, and develop promotional strategies.
• Lead, train, and manage the F&B service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Control F&B costs, manage budgets, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an F&B management role.
• Strong pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in restaurant and bar management, cost control, and team leadership.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Creative, innovative, and knowledgeable about current F&B trends.
