Position: F&B Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by being attentive and responsive.
• Handle billing and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage items.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Fluent in English is an advantage.
