Position: Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering department from the pre-opening phase, including system setup, testing, and commissioning.
- Manage all hotel maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
- Manage departmental budgets, control energy consumption, and oversee procurement of parts.
- Ensure the hotel complies with all safety, health, and engineering regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer.
- Strong pre-opening experience is essential.
- In-depth technical knowledge of all hotel engineering systems.
- Strong leadership, budget management, and project management skills.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
