Position: Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering department from the pre-opening phase, including system setup, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage all hotel maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
• Manage departmental budgets, control energy consumption, and oversee procurement of parts.
• Ensure the hotel complies with all safety, health, and engineering regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer.
• Strong pre-opening experience is essential.
• In-depth technical knowledge of all hotel engineering systems.
• Strong leadership, budget management, and project management skills.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
