Position: Engineering Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks throughout the hotel.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and other departments (e.g., plumbing, electrical, AC).
- Assist senior engineers with repairs and project work.
- Maintain logs of all maintenance work performed.
- Ensure all tools and workshops are kept clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel engineering or building maintenance role.
- Technical skills in one or more areas (AC, electrical, plumbing, civil).
- Graduate of a technical high school (SMK) is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.
