Position: Engineering Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks throughout the hotel.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and other departments (e.g., plumbing, electrical, AC).
• Assist senior engineers with repairs and project work.
• Maintain logs of all maintenance work performed.
• Ensure all tools and workshops are kept clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel engineering or building maintenance role.
• Technical skills in one or more areas (AC, electrical, plumbing, civil).
• Graduate of a technical high school (SMK) is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a team.
